Opportunity for an experienced administrator to join St John and provide administration support to the PMO team.
 
St John is at the frontline of medical response, providing Ambulance Services throughout New Zealand. We're also part of a much broader picture of health care, through our provision of first aid training, event medical services, AEDs (defibrillators), first aid kits and supplies, medical alarms, youth groups and a wide range of community programmes.
 
Reporting to the Head of PMO you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the PMO team. You will assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, travel and accommodation bookings, financial reconciliations, website updating, documentation management, you’ll also be involved with the team to assist with the development of project plans and schedules together with other general administrative/project support. 
 
To be successful you will:
·    have strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
·    be confident working across the MS Office suite
·    have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
·    previous project experience, OR an interest in project activity
·    have a high level of professionalism and a 'can-do' attitude and
·    have a genuine desire to help others
