How it works
JobCafe is designed using targeted database search technology based on ‘Career Channels’. These Career Channels enable our talented jobseekers to clearly define their qualifications, experience, and skill-base. The following demonstrates a job seeker profile and shows the career channels and associated experiences and skills this person has.
Accurate Matching
As the jobseekers have clearly defined their experiences and skills including the number of years and level of training they have achieved, we can make very accurate shortlists of candidates for for your benefit. We do it by:
1. Job Matching – When you post a job on JobCafe you also build a search criteria directly into the job advert. The system then automatically returns an instant match from the database, measured as a percentage. The matches are sorted by highest match according to the following criteria.
a. The candidates skills
b. The candidates work experience
c. The desired work location
d. The salary range
Once found you can add these people to your system’s generated Vacancy Control Sheet and manage your direct contact and conversations from there.
2. Advanced Searching – Many of our users prefer to advance search the database before they advertise a job, this allows you to check whether the perfect hire can be contacted before you enter into a lengthy recruitment process – saving precious time and money.
The system’s advanced search targets specific database criteria based on the following menu items;
